In July 2024, Alfa3a became the owner of CÔTÉ LAC HOSTEL and the Carlo Acutis Residence. Modernized concept, motivated team and tastefully renovated spaces, Alfa3a has been able to harness the full potential of the site to make it an inspiring place for stated values!
